Life-Writing
Start Date : 2012-03-05
Instructor : Alison Acheson
End Date : 2012-04-23
Cost :$ 215
Description : * Starts March 2012 This 8 week course in Life-Writing has two possible paths: one is for those who are currently at work on a project and would most like to continue with that; and two is for those who are either new to life-writing or don't have a particular project in mind, and would most like to explore elements of this form of writing (such as core emotion--the "emotional experience that preoccupies the writer"--and developing both distance and sympathy with your voice). Whatever path one chooses, there will be a schedule set for three submissions--so three sections from your work-in-progress, or three assignments from the readings. Email instructor alison@alisonacheson.com with any questions.
